Dr. S. Jayakumar Principal Andaman College and also holding the additional charge of Principal i/c Andaman Law College is a highly experienced educator and academician holding qualifications including M.Sc. M.Phil. B.Ed. and Ph.D. He served as the Head of the Department of Botany at JNRM from to demonstrating strong leadership. Since as Principal of Andaman College he continues to lead the institution towards excellence. Additionally he has served with distinction in the National Cadet Corps NCC for over two decades rising to the rank of Major and contributing significantly to youth leadership and discipline. His dedication to education and holistic development makes him respected within academia and the NCC community inspiring excellence among those around him.

Mr. Shashi Bhushan Prasad Librarian has majored in History from the University of Bihar and completed his Masters’ Degree in the same subject from the University of Delhi. He completed his M.Phil. in Economic History from Jawaharlal Nehru University New Delhi followed by his professional degree in Library Science and subsequently his master’s degree in Library Science from the University of Delhi and I.G.N.O.U. respectively. He qualified the U.P. State Level CET and the UGCNET in Library and Information Science. He is presently working on his Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from I.G.N.O.U. He has worked as Senior Librarian in renowned organizations such as Delhi Public School Welham Boys and Amity.

Dr. S. Loganathan is an Assistant Professor Political Science qualified B. Tech Computer Science Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College M.A. South Asian Studies from Pondicherry University M.A. Political Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University and M.A. Public Administration from Madras University. He has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Planning and Education from the Pondicherry University in the year . Further he is UGCNET qualified in the subjects of Political Science and Public Administration and is a JRF qualified scholar in the subject of International Studies. He also completed his Ph.D. in South Asian Studies from the Pondicherry University in the year . He has earlier worked as a Guest Faculty with the Mahatma Gandhi Government College Mayabunder Andaman Nicobar Islands.

Ms. T. Varsha Assistant Professor of Economics in Andaman Law College has completed her Post Graduation in Indian Economics from University of Madras Chennai in and also qualified for UGCNET in Economics in December . She has worked as a Guest Faculty in the Department of Economics Andaman College ANCOL for four years. She has participated in various National and International Seminars and also published research article in UGC Care Approved Peer Reviewed and Referred Journal. Her area of interest is Micro Economics Indian Economy and Development Economics.

Ms. Nisha Sikdar Assistant Professor of English has completed her M.A. in English from Jawaharlal Nehru Rajkeeya Mahavidyalaya and has qualified UGCNET in DEC . She has one year teaching experience as Guest Faculty at Jawaharlal Nehru Rajkeeya Mahavidyalaya and months at Andaman Law College. She is passionate about African Literature British Poetry Feminist Criticism and Absurd Drama. She is also enthusiastic about creative writing and debating

Mr. Rajiv Mondal Director of Physical Education has completed his B.P.E.S. B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed. with first merit from Degree College of Physical Education Multi Faculty Autonomous College H.V.P.M. SGBA University Amravati. He is UGCNET qualified . He worked one year six months as an Assistant Professor Adhoc in Physical Education at Degree College of Physical Education Multi Faculty Autonomous College H.V.P.M. Amravati. He is a professional swimmer and water polo player herepresented All India InterUniversity in swimming Bangalore . He published research papers in national journal and international workshop. He also worked as Assistance Swimming Coach in H.V.P.M. Sports Institute. He is also a professional fitness wellness diet and nutrition coach
